I’m Sonia, founder of the iDigiPhoenix Connect Institute — and before the founder, the career and the qualifications, I’m a mum. My twins have taught me a lot about showing up for people, and they’re a big part of why this work matters so much to me.

My career has always been built around helping people recognise their potential, overcome challenges and create better futures.

Coming from a safeguarding background within a Planning and Intervention Team, I’ve spent years supporting children, families and vulnerable adults through complex decision-making, assessment and intervention. My professional journey also includes working as a Best Interests Assessor (BIA), helping to protect the rights, dignity and wellbeing of people who are unable to make certain decisions for themselves.

Alongside my frontline experience, I’ve also owned and managed my own domiciliary care service, which gave me first-hand experience of leadership, business, compliance and the realities of running something from the ground up.

My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, bringing together practical experience with evidence-based learning and a lifelong commitment to helping people improve their lives.

But everything changed when I realised something no qualification had ever taught me.

The greatest asset I had wasn’t another certificate. It was my experience.

I realised that the knowledge, skills and insight I’d gathered over years of practice could become digital products, income streams and lasting assets, continuing to create value long after the hours I’d worked for them.

That realisation became the foundation of the iDigiPhoenix Connect Institute.

Today, my mission is simple: to help people recognise the value of what they already know, and use their experience to create the income they want, the income they need, without ever believing that a second job is the only answer.

I believe your experience is one of the most valuable assets you’ll ever own. My role is to help you recognise it, shape it, and turn it into something that keeps creating opportunities for you and your family — the way I’ve had to learn to do for mine.
